The IoD Bermuda Branch was established in accordance with the Constitution of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and is governed by the rules, standards and guidelines in the IoD Branch Operations Manual (BOM).
The Bermuda Branch is led by a volunteer Executive Committee of between 6 to 12 Ambassadors who must be current members of the IoD.
The Executive Committee is responsible for setting and delivering strategic direction and monitoring organizational performance for the local entity.
The Executive Committee meets on the second Wednesday of each month.
