Membership Fees
Membership fees are broken down into two parts: a one-off election fee and an annual subscription fee. A one- or two-year membership of the IoD will be subject to an election fee.
Covid-19 - Waved Election Fees
The IoD’s Overseas Membership Fee has been reduced to £225.00 per annum. Join now at our reduced rate. The IoD continues to waive the joining fee in support of these difficult times.

Corporate discounts for multiple applicants
If two or more applicants work for the same organisation, then a discount will be factored into the election fee. More applicants equals bigger savings.
The nxdd
The Bermuda Non-Executive Directors DIRECTORY (NXDD)
The IoD NXDD, or Non-Executive Director Directory, was created to help connect the organisation’s members with the boards they are best suited to and most interested in serving on. Previously the NXDD existed as a “paper” list which companies and non-profits could request, but it is now be hosted on the IoD website. Our goal is to make this service more convenient, efficient and effective for our members and the companies and organisations who will benefit from their services.
The NXDD list is available to all members while individuals looking for board members can request access. The NXDD is a service to members, companies and non-profits and provides a comprehensive list that includes interests, experience, qualifications and more, to help boards connect with individuals that have the required competencies and knowledge to add value to their Boards. All IoD members are listed and have the ability opt out if they would prefer. If you wish to be listed in the directory, send an email to info@iod.bm.
