The IoD actively promotes best practice and professionalism within and beyond the boardroom. With over a century’s experience working with directors and senior leaders, we have a unique understanding of what makes an effective leader, a high-performing boardroom, and a successful business.
Our customised workshops, seminars and events are led by experienced directors, and include a combination of facilitated classroom sessions, real-world case discussions and small group exercises. These sessions encourage participants to think strategically and drive tangible improvements in performance at an individual, board and organisational level.
Several workshops and events carry CPD credits that can be earned through session participation.
